Crunchy Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
• 1 cup sugar (part brown sugar if desired)
• 1/4 cup peanut butter
• 1 egg
• 1/2 tsps. Vanilla
• 1 cup flour
• 1 tsp. Baking powder
• 1/2 tsp. Soda
• 1/2 tsp. Salt
• 1 cup corn flakes
• 1 cup rolled oats

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375. In mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Beat in peanut butter, egg, and vanilla. Stir in remaining ingredients until mixed. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls, 2” apart, onto lightly greased baking sheets. Bake 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. (Good with whole wheat flour!)
