Creamy Chicken Bake
- 1 jar Alfredo sauce
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1 1/2 cup rice (rinsed)
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 lb boneless skinless thighs
- 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
Cooking time 45mins
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
in 13 x 9in pan combine cheese sauce, broth, tomatoes and rice.
Top with chicken cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45 min.
Remove and sprinkle with cheese bake an additional 10 min until cheese is golden and chicken is no longer pink.
