Preparation
Step 1
1. Thaw dough in bag on window sill for at least 3 hours. 24 hours in the fridge is ideal. Periodically let rise and punch down for a chewier crust.
2. Crank oven to at least 500 degrees. Hotter if you can. If you have a pizza stone, pre-heat this as well.
3. Roll out dough. Fork evenly to prevent bubbling of crust while baking.
4. Par bake crust to a golden white with a firm bottom for 5-10 minutes.
5. Sauce (we recommend a combination of the Sundried Tomato Pesto mixed with Pomodoro), ingredients (choose from our deli), then cheese.
6. Bake till cheese is thoroughly melted and lightly brown.
