Ingredients

  • Cake:
  • 1 (18.25 oz) package chocolate cake mix
  • 1 (3.4 oz) package chocolate instant pudding
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • Glaze:
  • 1 bar (12 oz) unsweetened chocolate bar
  • 1 1/2 cups sifted powder sugar
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1-3 tablespoons water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Cake:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees; grease and flour 12 cup
bundt pan
2. Combine cake mix, pudding, milk, sour cream and
eggs in a large bowl. Beat on low speed just until
blended. Beat on high speed for 2 minutes. Stir in
chocolate chips and nuts. Pour into pan
3. Bake for 55-65 minutes or till tests clean
4. Cool in pan for 20 minutes. Invert onto wire rack to
cool completely

Glaze:
1. Melt unsweetened chocolate and butter in small heavy
pan over low heat, stirring until smooth
2. Remove from heat
3. Stir in powdered sugar alternately with water until of
desired consistency
4. Stir in vanilla
5. Pour over cake
