Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower
- 1 1/2 cups cooked garbanzo beans or 1 (15 ounce) can low or no-salt-added garbanzo beans
- 1/2 cup soy, hemp or almond milk (or more to make gravy consistency)
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper (to taste)

Preparation
Step 1
Steam Cauliflower until soft. Place beans, cauliflower, soy milk and seasoning in Vita Mix and blend until smooth and consistency of traditional white milk gravy. Great over mashed potatoes and any other steamed vegetables.
