Ingredients
- 2 lbs. Red potatoes or white bliss
- 4 cloves garlic crushed
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 teasp. salt
- 1/4 teasp. each pepper, thyme and rosemary
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Step 1
Pre heat oven to 375 degrees. Combine potatoes, garlic, oil, salt and seasonings. Toss to coat evenly. Place potatoes on single layer of heavy duty foil 16". Fold over potatoes and crimp edges. Bake on sheet pan. Cook 1 hr. then sprinkle with parsley.
