Ingredients
- 2 c flour
- 1/2 t salt
- 1 1/2 t baking powder
- 1/2 t baking soda
- 1 c sugar
- 1 egg well beaten
- 2 T melted butter
- 2 T hot water
- 1/2 c oj
- 1/4 c grated orange rind
- 1 c fresh or dried cranberries
- 1/2 c chopped walnuts or pecans

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven 325*. Grease 9 x 5 loaf pan or 3 mini loaf pans.
Combine flour, salt, powder & soda. Add sugar, egg, butter, water, oj and orange rind; stir until moistened. Fold in berries and nuts. Batter will be thick. Spoon inot pan and bake 50 min (35 for mini loaves). Cool; wrap and refrigerate or freeze.
