Ingredients
- 5 TBLS flour
- 1 C sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 C milk
- 1 C butter (tub margarine)

Step 1
Use wooden spoon.
Cook flour and milk together until thick - stirring constantly. Allow to cool. Cream together sugar, butter and vanilla. Add to cold flour mixture and beat until whipped cream consistency.
