Ingredients

  • 1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese softened
  • 1-1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 2 tablespoons each finely chopped green onion and red pepper
  • 1 envelope Good Seasons Garlic & Herb or Italian Salad Dressing mix
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans

Step 1

Mix cheeses and milk with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add onion, red pepper and salad dressing mix, mix well. Refrigerate 30 minutes. Shape cheddar cheese mixture into 8” roll. Cover with pecans. Refrigerate several hours. Serve with crackers. To shape, place cheese mixture on sheet of plastic wrap form into roll. Sprinkle with pecans, securing to top and sides of roll by pressing in with plastic wrap.
