Sweet & Sour Meatball sauce

Ingredients

• 1 1/3 cups brown sugar
• 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
• 2/3 cup water
• 1/2 cup white vinegar
• 1 tbsp ketchup
• 1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Mix brown sugar and flour in medium sauce pan.
Stir in water, vinegar, ketchup and soy sauce.
Heat and stir until boiling and thickened.
Add meatballs & simmer until heated through.
