Ingredients
- gr.500 of strawberries, cherries, apricots or peaches
- gr.100 flour
- gr.80 sugar
- 3 eggs
- 3 dl of milk
- 1 dl of fresh cream
- 1 sachet of vanillia powder
- greated rind of a lemon

Preparation
Step 1
In a bowl mix together the flour, a pinch of salt and the sugar. Add the eggs, the milk and the cream and mix well, then incorporate the vanilla and the lemon rind. Beat well to get a creamy and soft batter.
Take a baking dish and spread with butter ,layer the fruit * and then very slowly pour the cream mixture on top. Bake for 40 minute in hot oven 180°
* the cherry with stone
* the strawberry whole
* the apricot and the peach without the skin and cut in small pieces
Serve warm and before serving sprinkle with powder sugar. It's wonderful!!
