  • 2 In medium bowl, stir all ingredients until blended. Pour into pie plate.
  • 3 Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until golden brown and knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Cover and refrigerate any remaining pie.

My mom made this when I was maybe 5, that was 44 years ago.... loved it then love it now and everyone who has tried it loves it!!
I pour a splash of cream in it, any cream.

I am a coconut lover so I was excited to make this pie. Personally I made with 1 less egg and I use Splenda instead of sugar,and use a whole bag of coconut. I actually made individual pies in muffin pans and added melted chocolate to the tops. They came out great.
