Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded cooked corned beef
- 1 bag (16 ounce) frozen shredded hash browns like Ore-Ida
- 1 cup sauerkraut, drained
- 1/2 cup Thousand Island salad dressing
- 6 ounces (1-1/2 cups) shredded Swiss cheese, divided

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine first four ingredients and 1 cup cheese until blended; spoon into 9” baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray. Sprinkle top with remaining cheese. Bake 30 minutes.
Increase heat to broil. Broil 2” from heat source for 8 minutes, or until casserole is golden brown.
