Ingredients
- 1 pkg. (11 1/2 oz.) refrigerated cornbread twists or 1 pkg. (12 oz.) biscuits
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 jar (14 oz.) Pace Mexican Creations Taco cooking sauce
- Shredded Mexican blend cheese
- Sour cream

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375'F. Open cornbread twists package, but DO NOT UNROLL DOUGH. Separate into 8 pieces at perforations and place on baking sheet. Bake 10 min.
Meanwhile, in 10" skillet over medium-high heat, cook beef until browned. Pour off fat. Add taco cooking sauce and heat through.
Cut cornbread biscuits into halves. Spoon taco mixture over bottom half. Top with cheese, sour cream and other half.
