Ingredients
- ITALIAN DRESSING:put in blender
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup chopped pimento
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1/2 cup red vinegar with garlic
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 cup parsley
- 1 lb tri colored pasta or tortorelli
- 1/2 stick pepperoni,sliced
- 1/2 lb. mozzarella cheese,cubed
- OR
- 12 oz feta cheese,crumpled
- 1 (16 oz) can large black olives.drained and sliced
- 1 jar artichoke heats in water,drained
- green or red pepper(optional)
- red onion,garnish

Preparation
Step 1
-Blend dressing ingredients,put in 16 oz jar overnight
-Cook pasta
-Drain
-Mix a little bit of italian dressing until pasta is lightly coated
-Allow to marinate in refrigerator overnight
-Pour some of dressing on salad just prior to serving
