Ingredients
- 1/2 16-ounce round loaf King's Original Hawaiian Sweet Bread, cut into 1/2-inch-thick vertical slices.
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1-1/4 cups Milk
- 1-1/4 cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 3/4 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp Chives, chopped

Preparation
Step 1
Trim crusts from bread slices and discard; cut bread slices into 1/2-inch cubes.
In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs, Add milk, cheese and Worcestershire sauce. Mix together, then stir in bread cubes. Let stand 15 minutes. Put 1/3 cup of souffle mixture into each of 10 to 12 buttered muffin cups. Place muffin tin on a jelly roll pan filled with 1/2-inch water.
Bake in a preheated 375-degree oven about 25 to 30 minutes, until set, puffed up and slightly brown on top. Remove from tins and garnish each souffle with a sprinkling of chives. Serve immediately.
