Ingredients

  • 1

    cup flour

  • 1

    stick margarine

  • 1/2

    cup pecans

  • 8

    oz cream cheese

  • 1

    cup powdered sugar

  • 1

    cup cool whip

  • 2

    small pkg. instant pudding (your choice) Butter Pecan

  • 3

    cups milk

  • 1/2

    tsp. vanilla

Directions

Layer 1: Mix together flour, margarine and pecans. Then pat into a 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or till golden brown. Cool. Layer II: Combine cream cheese and sugar until well blended. Add cool whip and spread over layer I. Put in refrigerator to cool. Layer III: Beat instant pudding, milk and vanilla until thick. Spread on Layer II. Top with remaining cool whip. Sprinkle pecans on top of cool whip. (use 13 oz. container of cool whip).
