Chunky Chocolate and Pecan Cake Mix Cookies

Can varry to macadamia nuts and white chocoalte chunks

Ingredients

• 1 pkg white cake mix
• 1/2 cup butter, melted
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 1/2 cups semi sweet chocolate chunks or chips
• 1 1/4 cups coarsely chopped pecans

Preparation

Step 1

1. In large mixer bowl, combine cake mix, melted butter, eggs and vanilla. Beat on low speed for 1 minutes or just until smooth. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts.

2. Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls onto prepared baking sheets. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until light golden. Cool 1 minutes or until firm on baking sheets, then remove to racks and cool completely.
