Ingredients
- 3 c water
- 1 c vinegar
- 1/4 c pickling salt, course
- 1/4 c sugar
- 1 tbsp pickling spice
- 6 c sliced cucumber, lengthwise
- dill weed
- garlic

Preparation
Step 1
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, bring vinegar, water, salt, and sugar to a boil. Boil until the sugar has dissolved, about 10 minutes. Place the cucumbers, garlic and dill in jars. Pour the vinegar mixture over the cucumbers. Transfer to sterile containers and store in the refrigerator.
Note: Time 4 for 16 jars.
