Ingredients
- 2 large packages frozen cauliflower/broccoli/carrot mixture
- 1 small jar Cheese Whiz
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can mushrooms (optional)
- Add minced onion to taste

Step 1
Partly thaw vegetables in microwave for one minute. Heat soup and Cheese Whiz and pour over vegetables in a large baking dish.
Bake in 350 degree oven for approximately 1-1/2 hours or until all vegetables are done.
Works well in a crockpot on low.
