Ingredients
- 6 # cucumbers
- 4 medium onions
- 4 C. sugar
- 4 C. vinegar
- 1/2 C. salt
- 1 tsp. celery salt
- 1 tsp. mustard seed
- 1-1/2 sp. ground tumeric

Step 1
Slice the cucumbers ΒΌβ thick. Slice onions 1/8β thick. Place both in a large nonmetallic bowl,. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over cucumbers and onions. Stir well for 5 minutes. Cover and refrigerate 3 hours before serving. Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 months, stirring occasionally. Yield: 2-1/2 quarts
