Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups water
  • 1 Tb oil
  • 1 cup white wheat flour
  • 5 cups AP flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 Tb sugar
  • 3 Tb yeast
  • 1 cup chopped olives
  • 2 Tsp herbs de Provence
  • 2 cups chopped hazelnuts or walnuts
  • 1 Tb Zest of lemon

Preparation

Step 1

Put ingredients in bread machine. Put on dough cycle. When complete turn out dough & fold. Shape into loaves & cover let rest for 45-60 min. Slash brush w/ cornstarch wash & top w/ seeds bake in steamed oven at 425 degrees for 20-25 min.
