Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups water
- 1 Tb oil
- 1 cup white wheat flour
- 5 cups AP flour
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 Tb sugar
- 3 Tb yeast
- 1 cup chopped olives
- 2 Tsp herbs de Provence
- 2 cups chopped hazelnuts or walnuts
- 1 Tb Zest of lemon

Step 1
Put ingredients in bread machine. Put on dough cycle. When complete turn out dough & fold. Shape into loaves & cover let rest for 45-60 min. Slash brush w/ cornstarch wash & top w/ seeds bake in steamed oven at 425 degrees for 20-25 min.
