Ingredients
- Sauce:
- 7 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
- 7 swiss cheese slices
- 7 slices cooked ham
- 1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
- 2 eggs whisked together
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juic

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat over to 350. Coat a 7x11 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Pound chicken breasts to 1/4 inch thickness. Sprinkle each piece of chicken on bosth sides with salt and pepper. Place 1 cheese slice and 1 ham slice on top of each breast. Roll up eqach breast and secure with a toothpick. Dip rolled chicken in egg wash, roll in bread crumbs and place in baking dish. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink. Remove toothpicks and serve! You can top with the sauce recipe below. We just made it up but we think it is so good!
Sauce:
Whisk together in a sauce pan over medium heat, until warmed through.
