Ingredients

  • Crust:
  • 24 OREO Chocolate Sandwich Cookies
  • 2 oz butter or margarine, melted
  • 2/3 cup peanut butter
  • Truffle Filling:
  • 1 (10-oz.) bag semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup light corn syrup
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 oz white chocolate chips, melted

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray a 9-inch glass pie plate with cooking spray and set aside.

To prepare the crust, crush the cookies in a food processor or blender, then pour the crumbs into a large bowl; stir in the melted butter. Using your fingertips, firmly and evenly press the mixture into the bottom and sides of the pie plate.

Bake for 8 minutes. Remove the crust from the oven, then spread 2/3 cup of peanut butter on the bottom while the crust is still hot. Set aside.
