Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pound perdue boneless skinless chicken breast tenderloins, cut into 1" cubes
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 (14 1/2-ounce) can can diced tomato, undrained
- 12 ounces pasta, cooked

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil in large pan over medium heat.
Season chicken with salt and pepper and add to pan.
Brown on all sides, stirring occasionally, about 5 minutes.
Remove from pan and set aside.
Add onion, red pepper and garlic to pan.
Saute until tender, about 4 minutes.
Return chicken to pan and stir in cream and remaining ingredients.
Cover and simmer 5 minutes or until chicken is done and sauce is slightly thick.
Serve over your choice of cooked pasta.
