- 8 ea Yukon gold Potatoes
- Olive Oil
- Fresh Rosemary
- Kosher Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste

Step 1
Scrub potatoes and cut into bite size portions. Place potaoes in large bowl. Pour olive oil over potatoes and toss to coat. Place Rosemary in bowl along with salt and pepper. Toss well.
Place potatoes on greased baking sheet and bake at 350F until golden about 35 minutes.
