  • 1 box Duncan Hines Butter cake mix
  • 1 8oz pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 stick butter
  • 3 Tbsp sugar
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries, washed and dried before using

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour tube or Bundt pan.

2. Using mixer, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Akk eggs and beat well.

3. Add melted margarine, oil and sugar.

4. Add the dry cake mix and continue beating until well blended.

5. With spatula, gently fold in blueberries. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

6. When done remove from pan.
