Ingredients

  • 3 cups buttermilk + 6 Tb buttermilk
  • 1 1/2 Tb butter
  • 1 1/2 Tb coconut oil
  • 7 1/2 cups AP flour
  • 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 9 Tb sugar
  • 3 Tb dried minced onions
  • 3 Tb dried parsley
  • 4 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 tsp dried dill
  • 2 Tb yeast

Preparation

Step 1

Put in bread machine on dough cycle. When done turn out dough, punch down, divide & shape into loaves. Cover & let rest for 45 min. Slash loaves, brush w/ cornstarch wash top w/ seeds & bake in a steamed 375 degree oven for 35 min.
