Ingredients
- Frosting:
- 1 cup (2 sticks) butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 5 eggs
- 1 tbsp. vanilla
- 3 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 cup
- whipping cream
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, softened
- 3 - 4 tbsp. milk
- 1/3 cup creamy or crunchy peanut butter
- 1 (16 oz.) box powdered sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 359 degrees. Cream butter, sugar, brown sugar and peanut butter in bowl and beat until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time and beat well after each addition. Add vanilla and blend. In separate bowl, sift dry four, baking powder, baking soda, 1/2 tsp. salt and add alternately with whipping cream. Pour mixture into large, sprayed tube pan and bake for 1 hour 10 minutes. Cake is done when toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Frosting:
Combine all ingredients in bowl and beat until smooth. Frost cake. Serves 12 - 16.
