Ingredients

• ◦3/4 pound powdered sugar
• ◦1 pound cream cheese
• ◦1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
• ◦1 teaspoon Vanilla
• ◦3 sticks butter
• Coconut Cream Cheese
• ◦1/4 tsp of coconut extract
• ◦1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
• Chocolate Cream Cheese
• ◦half a recipe of Chocolate Ganache
• Caramal Cream Cheese
• ◦1/2 cup thick Caramel ice-cream topping (use your favorite brand)

Preparation

Step 1

put all the ingredients into the bowl of your electric mixer.
using the paddle attachment, start beating on low speed until all ingredients are incorporated.
increase speed to medium and beat for a few minutes until smooth and fluffy.
