ROBERT REDFORD DESSERT

Mom always made this dessert. You can substitute butterscotch, lemon, etc.

Ingredients

• 1 cup flour
• 1/2 cups nuts
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 1 stick margarine or butter
• 1 8-ounce package cream cheese
• 2 3-ounce package instant pudding

Preparation

Step 1

Mix flour, margarine and nuts and pat into a 9 x 13” pan.

Bake crust for 15 minutes in a moderate oven.

Mix sugar, cream cheese and Cool Whip and spread on cooled crust. Let set.

Mix 2 packages and 3 cups milk and beat for 2 minutes. Put on top of dessert. Refrigerate and serve.
