Ingredients

1 cup cocoa
1-1/2 cups sugar
1 cup hot water
Dash of salt
2 teaspoons vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Mix sugar and cocoa.

Add sufficient hot water to make a paste.

Add remainder of water and boil for three minutes, stirring constantly. Add vanilla.

Pour hot over ice cream.
