Ingredients
- 6 tbsp. olive oil
- 1/4 c. pomegranate juice
- 2 tbsp. sherry wine vinegar
- 1 tsp. mustard, dijon-style
- 1 shallot, minced
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp. fresh ground pepper
- 2 tbsp. butter or margarine
- 4 grouper fillets

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Wish together 4 tbsp. of the olive oil, pomegranate uice, sherry ginegar, mustard and shallets in a small bowl. cover and set aside
Meawhile, combine salt, epper, melted butter and reamining 2 tbsp. oilive oil. Pour over grouper in greased baking pan.
Bake 15-20 min or until fish flakes with a fork. Server with reserved pomegranate vinaigrette.
