Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 lbs. ground lamb
  • 2 cloves chopped garlic
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 Tbsp. oregano
  • 3/4 large can tomatoes, 1/4 over top
  • 1 teasp.salt per lb of meat
  • 1/4 teasp. pepper
  • 10 red or green peppers

Step 1



Mix all ingredients together except peppers.

Cut tops off peppers and remove ribs and seeds

Rinse well, then fill each with meat mixture. Replace tops of peppers and pour remainder tomatoes over top.

Cover tightly and bake 1 1/2 hrs. @ 400 degrees
