SMOKY SALMON SPREAD

A very fancy type of spread. Jean would put in a salmon or fish mold and then put rice crackers to serve.

Ingredients
- 1 can (14-3/4 oz) or 2 cans (7-1/2 oz. each) Alaska salmon
- 2 packages (8 oz. each) cream cheese
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 1-1/2 teaspoons dill weed
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions
- 3-4 drops natural hickory liquid smoke
- Crackers or French bread rounds

Step 1
Drain salmon. Beat cream cheese with lemon juice, milk and dill weed in a mixer until light and fluffy. Stir in salmon and green onions until thoroughly combined. Season with liquid smoke to taste.
Chill several hours before serving to allow flavors to blend.
To serve, spread on crackers or French bread rounds.
Makes 25 servings, about 3-1/2 cups.
