LIME JELLO SALAD

My favorite jello type salad. I would always request mom make this for Thanksgiving dinner. I think I was the only one who liked it besides mom! HA

Ingredients

• 1 package lime Jello
• 1/2 cup whipped cream
• 3/4 cup cottage cheese
• 1 tablespoon chopped green pepper
• 1-1/2 cups hot water
• 1/3 cup Miracle Whip
• 1 tablespoon chopped carrots
• 1 tablespoon chopped celery
• 1 tablespoon minced onion

Preparation

Step 1

Dissolve Jello with hot water. When partially set, whip lightly. Add carrots, pepper, celery, and onion. Whip cream and add Miracle Whip and cottage cheese. Mix with Jello mixture and put into mold and refrigerate. Serve with a “dab” of salad dressing.
