Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 C butter
• 1 t vanilla
• 1 C brown sugar, packed
• 1 C white sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 C peanut butter
• 3 C all-purpose flour
• 2 t baking powder
• 1/2 t salt

Preparation

Step 1

Cream butter, add sugars, mix well. Beat in eggs and vanilla, mixing thoroughly. Add peanut butter and mix well. Sift together dry ingredients and stir into creamed mixture.

Roll into small balls (1") and place on a cookie sheet. Flatten with a fork dipped in sugar. Bake at 375 F for 10-12 minutes.
