This one is a keeper. I used leftover ham. Next time, I'll let the hashbrowns get really crispy before I add the
rest of the ingredients.

Hash Browns, Sausage and Bacon Frittata 1 Picture

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 pounds hash browns, thawed if frozen
  • 1/2 cup butter melted
  • 2 cups shredded hot pepper cheese
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 sausage links, cooked and diced
  • 8 strips bacon, cooked and diced
  • 1 cup milk
  • 9 eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 425
2. Place hash browns in lightly sprayed 11x7 baking
dish and press down evenly to form a potato crust
3. Drizzle butter evenly over crust
4. Bake for 25 minutes
5. Arange cheeses, sausage and bacon over hash browns
6. Beat together eggs and milk and pour over cheese
and meat
7. Reduce heat to 350; bake 25-30 minutes or until eggs
are set
