Ingredients
- Variation 1:
- 3/4 C. Heavy Cream
- 1 Bag Semisweet Chocolate Chips
- 1 Bag Milk Chocolate Chips
- 2-3 Tbs. Shortening
- 1 1/2 Tbs. Orange Extract
- 1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
- Variation 2:
- 1 1/2 T vanilla
- chopped toasted hazelnuts
- Other optional ingredients:
- cocoa powder
- coffee
- chopped nuts - pecans, almonds, etc.
- hazelnut flavoring
- toasted coconut

Step 1
Bring heavy cream to boil and remove from heat. Dump in whole bag of semi sweet chips and let sit 5 minutes. Mix with mixer until silky smooth,. Add orange and vanilla extract. (Or vanilla and hazelnuts) Pour chocolate into medium size baking dish and put in freezer for 10 minutes, then stir, 10 minutes, then stir, 5 minutes, then stir, 5 minutes. Remove from freezer and place in refrigerator.
Roll into small balls (I used cocoa powder to help my hands not get too sticky.) Put into refrigerator until chilled again.
Melt bag of milk chocolate chips with 2 tsp shortening. Dip balls into milk chocolate. Chill again.
Other variations: Leave out the nuts and roll in chopped nuts, coconut, cocoa powder, etc.
