Ingredients

  • 10 oz. block sharp Cheddar, shredded
  • 10 oz. block extra-sharp Cheddar, shredded
  • 1 T. cornstarch
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 small onion, finely grated
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 (4 oz) jars diced pimento, drained
  • 2 t. Worchestershire sauce
  • 1/4 t. pepper

Step 1

Toss cheeses, cornstarch in medium bowl. Add 1/2 of bacon and rest of ingredients. Spoon into lightly greased 3 quart crockpot. Sprinkle with rest of bacon. Cook on low 2-3 hours.

Serve with veggies or crackers.
