Ingredients
- 1 1 1 pkg (1 lb) Linguine fini
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 tsp Wesson canola oil
- 1 1pkg 1pkg (6oz) Canadian bacon or pancetta cut up
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup slivered almonds or pine nuts
- Sundried tomatoes oil packed & drained
- 15 15 container 15 oz container Egg Beaters Original
- 1/4 to 1/2 1/4 to 1/2 1/2 cup of chopped chives
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/4 to 1/2 1/4 to 1/2 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese grated
- to pasta according to directions, omitting salt.
- 4 heat oil in medium skillet over. Med-high heat. Add meat, nuts,and tomatoes. Mix well and cook 4 minutes. Remove from heat set aside
- Mix egg beaters, parsley, chives, pepper and cheese in medium bowl. Set aside
