Ingredients
- 4 - 5 cups of cooked white rice
- 1/2 T olive oil
- 1 can of pigean peas drained
- 1 can od tomato sauce
- 1/2 can of stewed tomatos
- 1 heaping T of minced garlic
- 1 packet of Sazon Goya seasoning
- 2 heaping T of Sofrito Sauce (check my recipes to learn how to make sorito sauce)
- 1 cup of water
- shreaded chicken (optional)
- 1 cup of sliced green olives

Preparation
Step 1
In a large skillet add oil, seasonings, tomato sauce garlic and sofrito sauce. Sautee for 2 mins, then add rice, chicken, peas, water, tomatos and olives.
Mix well and then cover and simmer for 15 mins.
if you need to add another packet of seasoning, then add to likelness.
Serve with porchops or anything.
