  • dijon mustard
  • lemon juice
  • mayo
  • dill

  • capers @ 7 to 10
  • Cold Slaw in a bag with carrots
  • small soft tacos

fry or grill fish
make the remoulade put in fridge

add remoulade to cold slaw like a salad

warm tacos -

heap fish, cold slaw, salsa or tomatoes or guac
onto taco
