Fish Tacos

Ingredients

• for remulade:
• 1 1/2 to 2 lbs Catfish
• sour cream
• minced garlic @ 1 to 2 cloves
• green onions @ 6
• dijon mustard
• lemon juice
• mayo
• dill
• salt
• pepper
• capers @ 7 to 10
• Cold Slaw in a bag with carrots
• small soft tacos

Preparation

Step 1

fry or grill fish
make the remoulade put in fridge

add remoulade to cold slaw like a salad

warm tacos -

heap fish, cold slaw, salsa or tomatoes or guac
onto taco
