  • 4 Pepperidge Farm® Plain Bagels, split and toasted
  • 1 medium Granny Smith apple, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, thinly sliced (about 4 ounces)

Step 1


Heat the broiler. Spread the honey among the bagel halves. Place 4 bagel halves onto a baking sheet and top each with the apple and cheese.

Broil the bagels with the tops of the bagels 4 inches from the heat for 2 minutes or until the cheese is melted.

Top with the remaining bagel halves and serve immediately.

Easy Substitution: Substitute 12 Pepperidge Farm® Mini Bagels, any variety for the regular size bagels.
