Ingredients
- Into sauce add:
- Make medium white sauce in microwave for 8 min. on High stirring twice, in a large bowl.
- 3 c. skim milk
- 6 Tbsp. flour
- 6 Tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- In fry pan sauté in 1 Tbsp. butter:
- 2 (3-4 small) green onions (1/4 cup)
- 3 large cloves garlic

Preparation
Step 1
Drain 1 large can escargots, keeping juice and adding it to sauce.
Add escargots to fry pan until warm.
Put all together in pot.
Heat through on 7 until hot.
Serves 3 at least.
For 4, to sauce add: 1 c. milk, 2 Tbsp. flour, 2 Tbsp. butter
