Ingredients

  • Into sauce add:
  • Make medium white sauce in microwave for 8 min. on High stirring twice, in a large bowl.
  • 3 c. skim milk
  • 6 Tbsp. flour
  • 6 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley
  • In fry pan sauté in 1 Tbsp. butter:
  • 2 (3-4 small) green onions (1/4 cup)
  • 3 large cloves garlic

Step 1


Drain 1 large can escargots, keeping juice and adding it to sauce.
Add escargots to fry pan until warm.
Put all together in pot.
Heat through on 7 until hot.

Serves 3 at least.
For 4, to sauce add: 1 c. milk, 2 Tbsp. flour, 2 Tbsp. butter
