Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb broccoli, broken into florets
- 2 slices (nobs) fresh ginger root
- juice of 1 orange (save rind)
- 2 tsp cornflower
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 4 Tbsp water
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, thinly sliced
- matchstick strips of orange rind, soaked in cold water

Step 1
1. Slice the broccoli stems and cut the ginger into matchsticks. Mix the orange juice with the cornflower, sugar and water.
2. Heat the oil in a wok. Stir-fry the stems for 2 mins. Add the ginger, garlic, and florets and stir-fry for 3 mins. Stir in the orange mix until thickened. Toss in the rind and serve.
