  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 c. butter, melted
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt (opt)
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Step 1

Beat egg yolks and sugar in a bowl until light. Add cooled, melted butter, milk and vanilla x. Add flour, baking powder and salt and beat well. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into butter. Bake 90 seconds.
