Ingredients

2 - 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
24 Vanilla wafers
Cupcake liners

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Mix cream cheese, sugar, and eggs. In a muffin tin place Cupcake liners in each hole. In each cupcake put one wafer in. Then pour the mix on top.

Bake for 20 minutes. Let cool and top with desired fruit or enjoy plan.
