Ingredients
- 12 oz uncooked spaghetti
- 2 tablespoons light stick butter
- 1 8 oz package rpesliced muschrooms
- 3 cups chopped cooked chicken breast
- 2 - cans condensed reduced sodium, 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
- 2 cups reduced fat sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- cooking spray
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Cook spaghetti according to package directions, omitting salt and fat. Drain.
3. While pasta cooks, melt butter in a nonstick skillet ober medium high heat. Add mushrooms, and saute 4 minutes or until tender
4. Combine pasta, mushrooms, chopped chicken and next 3 ingredients
5. Pour chicken mixture into a 13 x 9 baking dish coated with cooking spray. Sprinkler with parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 for 55 minutes or until bubbly. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Sprinkle with parsley, if desired.
